COACH MOO'S THOUGHTS ON ALYSSA

I am very excited to have Alyssa on the Montreat College Volleyball Team.  Alyssa's video arrived and after watching it, I contacted her.  When she came down to visit with us and another NC DII school, I was surprised by her height. She played much bigger than her size.  We are very glad she picked Montreat. Alyssa is a very athletic, competitive and smart player. Despite her somewhat small height for a college volleyball player, she really stands out.  She plays with passion, intensity and aggression.  She wants to win, she wants to work hard and I believe she will embrace the opportunity to play at the next level.  I'm excited about the intensity and experience that she'll bring to the court.  Her experience with a solid club and high school program has made her a well developed player.  Despite being small in size, Alyssa is very strong, her efforts in the weight room are at the top of the list.  Alyssa also adds a level of fun with the girls off the court, her accent alone has allowed a good couple of hours of laughs.

Earned Fox Valley Association Conference Champions and advanced to the first round of state...member of Wisconsin Volleyball Academy club team.

A cat buttercup and a dog named buddy

The campus is beautiful!!!

Hopes for after college?
 I am unsure either education or nursing

Funniest MC moment?
When I came to visit the college I was practicing with the team and I asked Allie where the Bubbler was and she said "We don't have ball boys during practice," And I said no I need something to drink do you have a bubbler. It's a Wisconsin thing we call water fountains bubblers.

Who in your opinion has the strongest southern accent? Bekah!
