COACH MOO'S THOUGHTS ON ALLIE
"I am excited to see what Allie bring to the court this year. I feel like she continually makes strides of improvement and wants to be her best. Having a stronger all around team this year should also help Allie to be more successful. The great thing about Allie is that she leads by example both on and off the court. Despite being a very good player, she is very coach-able, doesn't consider herself above others and keeps in mind goals and areas of improvement and strives for those. She is a positive encourager to her teammates, and extremely competitive.  She pushes the team to step up and isn't afraid to ask for more from her teammates and herself.  Allie adds a tremendous amount to this team, not just in skills, but in her heart for her teammates and her desire to honor the Lord in everything."

What do you like to do in your spare time?
What is this spare time you speak of? The little spare time that I have is usually spent reading, hanging out with friends, riding mattresses down Montreat stairwells, planning epic ways to scare people, watching movies or doing the stanky leg.

What are your pets and what are their names?
I have a thirteen year old cat whose name is Emmy. However I must mention my lifelong friend/cat who passed away during my Freshmen year at Montreat. His name was Pineapple.
Favorite thing about MC?
The atmosphere, the beautiful campus and of course....Montreat Volleyball!!
Favorite thing about MC VB?
Winning. hahaha...but seriously. My teammates. Each girl brings something unique and awesome to the team and I always get a good laugh when I'm with them.
Favorite author?
Charles Martin, Robert Whitlow, Ted DekKer, Randy Alcorn and John Piper.
Hopes for after college?
I am hoping that I will be able to coach volleyball and also teach kids at the Elementary level. All I really want to do is stay active, try as many things as I can and spend time with my family and friends.
Funniest Montreat moment?
Pitch Black. In the woods. Sprinting towards a locked cabin. When a few of my teammates scared the mess out of me. Phew!..Good times.
Allie's secret skill:
scaring people
