COACH MOOBERRY'S THOUGHTS ON BRANDY
Brandy is a freshman outside hitter from Almond, NC. Brandy is extremely athletic and very coachable. Brandy's high school accomplishments include MVP for her volleyball team, Smoky Mountain All-Conference and she was chosen for the All-star red and blue team. Brandy accumulated over 500 kills in a course of two seasons. Brandy also broke her high school high jump record as a freshman, and then broke her own record again as a junior. She placed 13th in State as a freshman for high jump. Brandy was also the first female athlete to make the Robbinsville High School Varsity Football Team. She was the starting kicker beginning her sophomore year. "We are extremely excited to see Brandy develop as a player. This is Brandy's first encounter with running different offenses and defenses as well as being challenged to run plays. We believe she will step up to the challenge and continue to push herself until she is a force to contend with in the conference."
