For the second straight game, cold shooting doomed the Montreat Cavaliers as they struggled to a 35% shooting night in a 62-58 loss to Reinhardt College. In a game that saw Montreat lead by as many as 12 points, they could not hold onto the lead as Jordan Marsh had an offensive rebound and put back to put Reinhardt ahead 60-58 with 30.6 seconds left. A 3-pt attempt with 2.2 seconds left by Mykeia Russell was short and free throws accounted for the final margin.

     It is the first back to back losses since the 2009-10 season for Montreat.
