ASHEVILLE, NC (September 21, 2009)  Sophomore Lindsay Mizok was honored today as being selected as the AAC Women's Cross Country Player of the Week for the week of September 21. 

Lindsay led the Cavaliers last weekend at Appalachian State and has continued to get stronger this season. At Appalachian, Lindsay finished 39th out of 108 runners with a time of 20:36.
