Nicole Denney has just signed to play softball with the Lady Cavs. Denney will take the mound for Montreat this fall in the pitching rotation, after a 10-7 record at Central Florida Community College last season. Nicole maintained a 2.79 ERA over 28 games and 102.2 innings for the Patriots. She is the Daughter of Dennis and Mary Denney and played softball at River Ridge High School in New Port Richey, FL. She will be majoring in Psychology at Montreat.

Coach Swanson says, "Nicole comes in with quality experience from one of the toughest junior college conferences in the nation. She fits with everything we are trying to do with this program. She is a quality student and has a desire to compete at the highest level. We look forward to her contributions in the program's future success."
